Jack enjoys hugging, kissing and petting his sister. It used to only be to get attention for himself, as we would shower him with all kinds of praise about what a good brother he was. Now, though he still mostly shows her affection for those reasons, I feel like he is really starting to actually like her.
Today, after their naps, we put them together and Dani was so excited to see her big brother, who she adores. Jack leaned in to say, "Hi" and then decided to give her a kiss on the mouth, which he usually doesn't do. Dani is not the best kisser and usually leaves you covered in slobber. Jack learned this the hard way. He leaned in, kissed her and then quickly pulled away, wiping his face off with the back of his hand. Then he shockingly exclaimed, "She opened her face!"
